Android39 is an app that allows you to run Windows applications on your Android device. It works by creating a virtual machine that emulates a Windows environment on your device. In this article, we will show you how to use Multiecuscan on your Android device with Android39. You will need the following:
An Android device with Android39 installed. You can download Android39 from the Google Play Store or from www.android39.com.
A Windows computer with Multiecuscan installed. You can download Multiecuscan from www.multiecuscan.net.
An interface that is compatible with both Multiecuscan and Android39. We recommend using CANtieCAR v4.x/v5.x or OBDLink MX WiFi interfaces, as they have been tested and confirmed to work with both applications.
A WiFi network that connects your Android device and your Windows computer.
Here are the steps to follow:
On your Windows computer, open Multiecuscan and go to Settings. Under Interface Type, select the interface that you are using (e.g. CANtieCAR v4.x/v5.x or OBDLink MX WiFi) . Under Interface Port, select TCP/IP and enter the IP address of your interface (e.g. 192.168.0.10) . Click OK to save the settings.
On your Android device, open Android39 and tap on the + icon to create a new virtual machine. Enter a name for your virtual machine (e.g. Multiecuscan) and select Windows XP as the operating system. Tap on Create to start the virtual machine.
On your Android device, tap on the folder icon to open the file manager. Navigate to the folder where you have downloaded Multiecuscan (e.g. Downloads) and tap on it to install it on your virtual machine. Follow the installation wizard to complete the installation.
On your Android device, tap on the Start button and open Multiecuscan from the Programs menu. Go to Settings and make sure that the interface type and port are the same as on your Windows computer (e.g. CANtieCAR v4.x/v5.x and TCP/IP 192.168.0.10) . Click OK to save the settings.
On your Android device, connect your interface to your car's OBD port and turn on the ignition.
On your Android device, select the vehicle/model/module that you want to diagnose from the list of supported ones in Multiecuscan.
On your Android device, perform the desired diagnostics functions in Multiecuscan, such as reading/clearing fault codes, testing actuators, adjusting parameters, etc.
