Hi everyone, I’m curious if anyone here uses their CRM to track sales trends and customer demographics for their Magento store. Is it worth relying on a CRM for that kind of data, or are Magento’s built-in analytics tools sufficient for these insights? I’d love to know how detailed the reporting is in CRMs compared to what Magento can already provide out of the box.
